| Match Report
St Annes 2nd's continued their fine run of form winning a match that went right down to the wire.Put in by Leyland they made a good start With an opening stand of 47 between Adam Taylor and Iain Hill. After the fall of the 1st wicket Skipper Andy Kellett jopined Adam Taylor and they had a partnership of 150 with both batsmen scoring freely.
Adam finished with 84 and Andy scored 64 from 86 balls.
Leyland made a fine effort to reach the total finishing only 9 runs short mainly built arround M Bretherton with a solid 74. For St Annes the main wicket taker was John Cotton who had a 5 wicket haul.
