This programme for a charity match played in aid of the Local Hospitals & British Red Cross Ambulance Fund was recently discovered by Alec Maitland. We don't know the result or how much was raised but with Sir Len Hutton, George Pope and Denis Smith on the field a good crowd would have been expected.
